Donnerdeal has unveiled their Black Friday deals, and they're kinda all over the place.
First up are the daily flash deals. These will occur only on three select days, and is limited to the first 50 customers. It's a bit strange, as none of these deals seem so great that they should be limited to a single day, or to a limited number of buyers.
On Nov 23, the Yellow Fall delay will be $20
On Nov 24, the Alpha Cruncher will be $40 and the DP-2 power supply will be $25
On Nov 27 (yup, they're just gonna skip ahead three days), the DP-1 power supply will be $30
On November 20 and 21, Hotone pedals will be 35% off with the code ZPCEVRVQWDCQ. This one is actually interesting, as Donnerdeal already has some of the lowest prices for this brand at $49.99 to $69.99 depending on the exact pedal. The discount would bring those prices down to $32.50 to $45.50. Also noteworthy is that in the Black Friday ad, a Valeton pedal is shown alongside the Hotones, which suggests Valeton pedals could also be part of the 35% off sale, even though it's not specifically stated.
On November 22 to 27, guitar pedals, accessories and power supplies are up to 30% off. The exact discount for each product isn't revealed yet, though the ad shows the DP-1 power supply at $30, which oddly enough is also what's advertised as the flash deal for November 27 earlier in the ad.
On November 28 to 30, pedalboards are 25% off. This one is definitely worth noting if you're in need of a pedalboard - their largest one, measuring 20" x 12", will be selling for $51, and includes velcro and a carrying case.
All orders over $45 will receive a gift chosen at random - the possible gifts seem to be a tin of picks, a guitar cable, a capo or a t-shirt. You'll also receive a $12 coupon on your next order over $150. This is another odd thing I find about this sale - given the store's low prices, hitting $150 in a single order would be a bit of a task, and a 8% discount isn't a particularly attractive reward for doing so. No days were given on when this promotion occurs.
Lastly, the largest order (no dates given on this one either) will win the DWS-2 wireless system. The second largest will win a Page Turner Pedal, and the third largest a Hotone Pedal priced below $59.99. The weird thing about this one is that the third-place prize would probably be of the most value to most guitarists. The first-place prize is only desirable if you're planning to go wireless, and the second-place prize is basically a tablet accessory to scroll through pages.
